Reflection Outline
I conducted informal classroom research to identify challenges affecting learner participation and performance. Through observation, assessment records, and interactions with learners, I discovered that some learners struggled due to limited access to learning materials and low confidence levels. Based on the findings, I introduced remedial lessons, peer-learning activities, and additional learning resources. This activity demonstrated the research pillar because I systematically gathered information, analysed educational challenges, and implemented evidence-based solutions.
